Industries NPN serves most: Manufacturing & Industrial
National Power Network serves a large number of manufacturing and industrial energy customers. Energy consumption and load for large industrial and manufacturing customers are the highest of any segment of our client base.
The cost of managing and buying energy can represent one of the largest expenses that industrial customers face. We offer a complete service solution to manage this sector.
In addition to their scheduling and hours, large energy users need to examine how they use electricity. Facilities should also be operating during shifts in order to reduce their energy consumption.
Among the questions to be asked are the following:
- How much of the company’s energy is spent on business expenses?
- Which hours are required?
- Is it possible to shut them off for any length of time?
- Are they able to lift a lot of the weight?
We always present our customers with the best offer through our three-pronged purchasing system to ensure that our customers receive the most compelling proposal.
Procurement
We’ll actively search for the load from our wide range of national suppliers. Each of our suppliers can bid for the load, and each one will compete to win the client’s business. This reduces the price per kWh dramatically.
Energy Efficiency Projects
Our engineers conduct a complete review of all machines, lighting, HVAC units, and controls. To ensure that the location is using power efficiently. All relevant projects will be presented to customers to determine which ones will yield a reasonable ROI. Any project that decreases energy consumption and results in net savings for the customer will also be presented.
Bill Auditing
This step reviews all relevant tariffs, charges, and taxes that are on the customer’s bill. Many manufacturing sites are eligible to receive tax exemptions, which may be available from your current supplier of energy.
